Beguinage in Lokeren, Belgium?
"Monument der Gesneuvelden" (1921) located at Vrijheidsplein (Freedom Square) in Brussels. It is a monument for the people who died in the first world war.

This is the stadhuis, or town hall.
Beautiful architecture in Lokeren -- this is the "pomphuis" -- the "pump house". The pump is not in the picture. The pump supplied clean water to the people of Lokeren. Historically, the person who was responsible for the pump used to live in the pomphuis.
Beautiful sculpture at the train station in Lokeren. It celebrates the end of World War II (8 May).
